+Specialized Bicycles +Global Cycling Network you guys claim with the helmet , shoes , wheels and frame that you can save 5 minutes . I've never heard so much crap from a well respected bike manufacture. Aerodynamics plays a significant part but training and diet prove even more important and crucial. Sprinting for signs or indoor class training with little or no rest is far more likely to improve someones anaerobic and aerobic efficiency then just paying ten thousand pounds for the privilege of expecting the results to come. Only a unintelligent oaf who never rides a bike would believe these claims from specialized. If these claims were true then even Contador would be able to go as fast as Cavendish or sagan if he chose to ride the new bike.
