question : how many miles can you go ? and how fast is it ?
-
i think that you should use the chest gopro mount and maybe put 2 gopro on the bike frame filming the bike noise and something like that, great channel, Hello from Colombia!!!!!!

If this had the battery mounted on the frame it'd be perfect for me. Lol!

I bought a new 1000 watt ,rear brushless hub kit, with controller and 20A/h - 48 volt lifepo4 battery off ebay for $899 delivered, then bought a like new , but used, Giant brand bicycle on craigslist for $200 . Then I bought 2 new solid, air free tires, so I never will get a flat. So for under $1200 I have a ebike that can do 38 mph, cover distances of 50 miles and wont ever breakdown due to a flat.
These ebike companys must find a way to bring the price lower. -
$2500 for this..still way to expensive for the average person. Ecspecially with only a 500 watt motor and 8A/h battery. These ebike companies are gonna have to start figuring ways to bring cost down . For example...go back to regular brake systems , cut out all the fancy electronic readouts, etc.

Also, the trend seems to be that these ebikes are becoming more sleek by having all the wires and compnents hidden in the bike frame..but when theres a malfunction, that can make things more difficult to diagnose. In other words, having the controller built into the brushless hub motor , looks great, but means much more work if theres a problem with the controller.

Wanna TY for all your reviews. I built my own ebike with a ebay kit and a Giant brand bike. Much cheaper that way. IMHO..ebikes will not become mainstream until the complete package starts to come in around $999 or less with a 500 watt or higher motor and 10-20 A/H lifepo4 battery pack. For anyone that weighs over 200 lbs and needs to commute on hilly areas, less then 500 watts is not powerful enough.
