1. I was meant to get the triban 3 but I paid a bit more and bought the b'twin triban 5 (black)I've had it for nearly 1 year now still going strong, But  you cannot get any more! B'twins are really nice bikes. Bought a b'twin MTB recently to.

3. I have one to 57" so i get the 700cc wheels and all i have done is change the wheels,tires, tubes and seat for £100
   
   Bike weighed before 10.6kg (Bit Heavy)
   Bike weighed after 8.9kg
   
   So for £400 all in i have a bike that can outkick anything upto around £7-800
4. Get the red as it's got carbon forks and you can always turn the stem upside down to get the bars higher. Love mine and had it a year, done about 2500miles.
5. £299.99 for a bike with a carbon fork = worth it. Most bikes like this are £500+. Its mostly got a 2300 groupset, but has a Sora front mech (above 2300).

8. What kind of shimano clipless pedals would fit? Shimano PD-R540 is compatible for example?
9. I`m thinking o getting one to start getting into cycling. How do you find your bike? 
10. If I can advise take off these orange reflective plastic stuff from your spokes ... Mine decided to go AWOL at 65 km/h ... Though my bike is falling apart ... Bit scary. Nice bike.
11. Handlebar height is fixed in place on most modern bikes, stupid, really. But you could get a stem with a crazy angle to raise it up.

16. hello, how high can you lift the handlebars? i want to buy a triban 3 (57cm) for commuting
